In an effort to continuously enhance the TCS Hockey experience for all of its participants, we have contracted a special group rate with our airline partners for groups of 10 or more traveling on the same flights. TOURNAMENT WORKFLOW
- Team Leader submits request via Booking Portal
- Confirmation email will be sent stating the request has been received and options will be provided within 48 business hours.
- Road Rebel sources flights to the airlines and provides options based on travel parameters set by Team Leader and airline availability.
- Options are sent via email to the Team Leader, along with blank name list template. Airline due dates are noted on the options. If Team Leader does not reply with their selection and provides names and payment by the due date - airline space will be canceled. (Typical due dates are 48-72 hours after options are sent).
- Team Leader to reply with their flight selection along with completed name list spreadsheet and one credit card for payment. Please note ** names and dates of birth must be exactly as they appear on travel document (driver's license or passport) being used at check in as required by TSA. Passengers can be denied boarding for name mismatches.
- Tickets will be issued, and confirmation sent to Team Leader within 7 days after making their flight selection. Confirmation will have seats (airline dependent) and record locators/confirmation numbers.
- 3-4 days prior to travel - Road Rebel reconfirms group flights and sends Team Leader final confirmation.
DO'S & DONT'S
- To qualify for group travel, there must be 10 more travelling on the same flights. If the group falls apart/drops below 10 - the booking will auto-cancel. Airline penalties will apply and charged to credit card provided for payment. Please ensure this does not happen.
- NO flight changes permitted.
- Team Leader is responsible for providing one form of payment, full legal names and dates of births for all passengers at the time of flight selection.
- Team Leader will serve as main contact for the team.
- Roster/name changes must be submitted via email up to 1 week prior to travel. No name changes will be processed within a week of travel. Airline name change fees may apply.
- In the event of irregular airline operations - flight delays or cancelations, contact the ticketed airline directly.
