All games are operated under USAH Rules with some in-house changes and modifications to allow overall better game play. TCS Hockey, Inc. provides the sanctioning so any team is welcome to participate as no official or sanctioned roster is needed for any spring-summer event.
TAG UP OFFSIDES & ICING WHILE SHORTHANDED ARE ALLOWED FOR ALL DIVISIONS.
All players are required to wear neck guards regardless if your US state/affiliate doesn’t require them. This is a mandatory rule so every team that registers with the understanding that all players need neck protection in order to participate.
No Neck Guard = No Play!
All players, including goalkeepers in the 12U-18U age divisions are required to wear a colored (non-clear) internal mouthpiece that covers all the remaining teeth of one jaw, customarily the upper. Canadian teams will abide by the equipment requirements of their governing organization. For the first violation of this rule, the team shall be issued a warning. Failure to do so, risks your team’s ability to participate in this and future TCS events. We will be sending out more information about pin-trading to all registered teams.

Impact on Team’s Achievements: The overall player’s contribution to their team’s overall performance during the tournament
Leadership On & Off the Ice: The ability to elevate their teammates is also considered
Consistency: Sustained greatness throughout the tournament, rather than just one or two great games.
Clutch Performance: The ability to perform at a high level during critical, high-pressured moments in the key games.
