AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS:
  • MULTI-TEAM DISCOUNT: Save $150 USD per team when registering 5 or more teams.

  • EARLY-BIRD DISCOUNT: Save $150 USD per team when payment is made in full at least 3 months before the tournament start date.  (Use Code: EARLYBIRD)
DISCOUNT & stay-to-play-policies:
  • Only one discount may be applied per team.
  • Discount codes must be applied at the time of registration or when making the final payment.  Discounts will not be applied retroactively.
  • Traveling Teams must meet the stay-to-play minimum requirement of 30 room nights per team to qualify for discounts.
  • Traveling Teams that have not reserved hotel rooms or do not have active reservations within the hotel room block 30 days prior to the event will automatically have a $500 hotel buy-out fee added to their team balance.
  • Traveling Teams registering within 30 days of the event start date may encounter limited hotel availability.  If Event Connect is unable to secure accommodations for your team due to limited inventory or hotel booking cutoff dates, the $500 hotel buy-out fee will be added to your team's balance.
SANCTIONING/ROSTERS:
  • TCS Hockey Spring-Summer events are sanctioned by TCSH.  Teams do not need to provide a certified or club-sanctioned roster to participate.
  • Team Paperwork: All registered teams will receive the required roster and waiver forms prior to the event.
