Spring/Summer Scoresheets
FIRST GAME CHECK-IN
Failure to turn in your waiver/roster BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME will result in NO PLAY and your game will be forfeited.
Rosters will be locked at the start of your first game, & you will not be able to add players or make changes.
If you have players missing the first game, make sure their names & DOB are on this roster.
Please alert our staff when checking in and we will assist you with the next steps.
Emailed roster will not be accepted
PRE GAME CHECK-IN
Each team is responsible to fill out their roster on the scoresheet Prior to EACH GAME! We need 1 Sticker per game!
Options:
-Bring 6 roster stickers (We need 1 per game, bring up to 6 games)
-Write in your roster each game
-Fill out & print a sticker sheet here (Print on regular paper, and we will cut and tape to the scoresheets!)
POST GAME
Manager or Coach can stop by the TCS booth to take a picture of the scoresheet.
Scoresheets will NOT be sent out after the game or tournament.
